Resource Summary: This applied research study aimed to determine the state of employee retention and knowledge management (KM) at Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) and to provide tools that could help with both retention and KM issues. Most of the research is focused on specific units of the Highway Division, and includes a pilot project to address KM and retention issues at VTrans.
