Strategies are presented in the context of the ACB framework (along with general descriptions and when they should be applied. Recognizing that each of these strategies represents an individual discipline with a vast body of knowledge and many existing resources dedicated to its implementation, the strategies described here are not meant to duplicate efforts, but to provide practitioners with a general understanding of what they are and when they are helpful in building agency capabilities.
